Manager can see values for Sum, Allocation and Remaining vacation days for each user. This can be done through the portal.
1) Login to the portal on https://portal.away4.com
2) Go to Absence > Absence administration
3) Shift from Month to Year mode for viewing the Manage absence calendar in year view
4) Choose a Absence type that has allocation days (i.e. Vacation). Only one Vacation type at a time can be displayed.
Manage absence calendar now shows Allocation and Remaning vacation days for each user.
