Manager can create absence that will be used for all employees. This absence is called Forced absence. This can be done through the portal or the mobile app.

  1. Login to the portal on
  2. Go to Administration > Departments
  3. Click on the Settings button beside root department
  4. Navigate to Public holidays and Forced absence tab
  5. Click on Add forced absence button in Forced absence section
  6. Enter name of absence, choose type, enter a from / to  date
  7. Click on Save button and click on Save button in the Settings for department pop-up window

The forced absence will be created and will be used for all employees of department.
