If employee applied the absence type that requires approval from manager (such as vacation) the absence will in the state applies, until it has been approved by the manager. The manager can  approve absence through the portal or the mobile app.

  1. Login to the portal on https://portal.away4.com
  2. Go to Absence > Approve/Reject
  3. Choose absence of employee that requires approval
  4. Click on Approve button
  5. Enter comment and click on Submit button

The absence will be approved and will be in state approved for employee. If manager will reject absence of employee, the absence will be automatically delete for employee by the system.
