When a manager wishes to apply absence for employee, this can be done through the portal or the mobile app.
- Login to the portal on https://portal.away4.com
- Go to Absence > Absence administration
- Click on Add new button beside employee
- Enter a from / to date and optionally select a half day
- Enter a comment
- Choose an absencetype
- Click on Save button
The absence of employee will automatically be approved by the system.
