When a manager wishes to apply absence for employee, this can be done through the portal or the mobile app.

  1. Login to the portal on https://portal.away4.com
  2. Go to Absence > Absence administration
  3. Click on Add new button beside employee
  4. Enter a from / to  date and optionally select a half day
  5. Enter a comment
  6. Choose an absencetype
  7. Click on Save button

The absence of employee will automatically be approved by the system.
